  2. Prepaid Shipping ($4.99)

    • Eligible Orders: Orders less than $39
    • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

  • Transit Time: Generally, shipments are in transit for 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.


C. Delivery Terms

We use Standard Shipping for deliveries within the United States. While most shipments arrive within the above-mentioned timeframe, unforeseen carrier delays or external factors (e.g., inclement weather, holidays) may occasionally affect actual delivery dates.


D. Order Acceptance & Pricing

Please note that there may be occasions when we cannot process an order for various reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. You may be asked to provide additional information (e.g., phone number, address) before we accept an order.

To prevent fraudulent credit or debit card use, we may validate your payment details and personal information before providing any product. This verification can include checks of identity, residence, or banking information. We may directly cancel any order if fraudulent use of a credit or debit card is suspected.

We strive to provide accurate pricing information. However, errors such as incorrect pricing on the website may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if an item is mispriced, whether or not the order has been confirmed or your card has been charged. If your card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a prompt refund.


E. What Happens After I Place an Order

F. How Do I Check the Status of My Order

G. Change of Address

H. Cancellations

I. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service immediately. If the parcel has been delivered without you present and appears damaged, please get in touch with our support team for the next steps.
