1. Delivery Fees

We offer two types of shipping (United States only):

    • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  2. Prepaid Shipping ($4.99)

    • Eligibility: Orders less than $39.00
    • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

2. Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges to ensure your satisfaction:

  • 30-Day Return Policy
    You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. The returned product must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

  • No Restocking Fee
    We do not charge a restocking fee.

  • Return Shipping Fees

    • Defective Products: Return shipping is free.
    • Customer Remorse (e.g., wrong size ordered, changed your mind): The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
  • Exchange Process
    For size or product exchanges, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your item. We will guide you through returning the original product and placing a new order for the preferred item.

3. Payment Options

4. Canceling or Modifying an Order

If you wish to cancel or modify your order:

    • We will provide a free, pre-paid label (you can download and print).
  2. Customer Remorse

    • You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
