By placing an order through SUNSUN COMMERCE INC (“FYTROFIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies apply to orders shipped within the United States.

A. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

    • Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    • An inspection of the returned item(s) typically takes 1–7 business days.

    • Once the inspection is complete, you may receive a new product (in the case of an exchange) or a refund for the original purchase amount.
    • If approved for a refund, it will be credited back to your original payment method.

D. Damaged or Incorrect Products vs. Customer Remorse

  1. Damaged/Defective Products or Wrong Item Received

    • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away.
    • In such cases, return shipping is free (USD 0.00). No restocking fee applies.
  2. Customer Remorse (Ordered by Mistake, No Longer Needed, etc.)

    • If you purchased the wrong product or simply changed your mind, contact us so we can evaluate the issue and provide return instructions.
    • You will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
    • No restocking fee applies (USD 0.00).

The quickest way to get a replacement is:

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item.

F. Return Shipping Label

  1. Defective or Wrong Item

    • We provide a free pre-paid return label (download and print).
  2. Customer Remorse

    • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility.

G. Refunds

  1. Approval & Processing

    • We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, then confirm if your refund is approved.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
